This is all information provided by Hazel who is a very kind employee at Bell.
Here's what he had to say regarding Bell Picture and Text Message Charges:
- I wish to inform you that pay per use text messaging from Canada to Canada and Canada to US are billed at $0.15/message sent or received. This means that roaming does not apply to text messaging unless you are sending text messages from the US to Canada. In this case, pay per use roaming text messages are billed at $0.60/ sent message, and $0.15/ received message.
- Picture messaging are billed at $0.50/ message received plus Mobile Browser usage while picture is being sent. Unless you subscribe to the Unlimited Mobile Browser feature or a Fun bundle that includes it, you will be billed 5¢/Kb or $51.20/Mb on a pay-per-use basis when using the Mobile Browser.
- For example, if you send one picture to your online album you will use
approximately 75 Kb, which is equivalent to $3.75

4. picture message
Everytime you send or receive picture messages is it stored on your online account? Can other people see them? What if you're on a contract for unlimited texting but still buy minutes to go on the internet...does that affect your monthly bill?
